These Terms govern your use of NamLingo, a service operated by NamLingo Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17352540, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using NamLingo, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

NamLingo is intended for users aged 18 or over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Our service

NamLingo is an online platform that helps English speakers learn to read, write, and speak Thai through structured lessons with audio. We may update or improve the service over time.

Subscriptions, free trial, and cancellation

• Free trial. We may offer a free trial with no payment required and no automatic renewal. At the end of the trial, the service continues only if you choose to subscribe.
• Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to digital content available immediately, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge the effect this has on the statutory cancellation period for digital content.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your current paid period, and we do not provide partial refunds for the period in progress. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, redistribute, scrape, record, or resell the lessons, audio, or other content; share your account or login credentials (one subscription is for a single user); circumvent access controls or the paywall; or use any content to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.

Intellectual property

The curriculum, explanations, and audio recordings are ours, and are provided to you for personal learning use only. This does not claim ownership of the Thai language itself.

Links to other sites

NamLingo may link to, or route you through, third-party sites (for example, our payment processor). We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Nothing in these Terms removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
